To start a replacement, you can contact us at support@happyhomesonline.com. If your replacement is accepted, we will arrange a pick up of the old item from your doorstep in the next 2 working days, and you will receive a new item in next 5 days at your doorstep
Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
